Your number stays the same.
Customers, contacts and listings keep working. Nothing to announce.
MOVING NUMBERS
A number transfer moves your existing mobile number to a Mirai Mobile service. Here is what we need, what happens and when your phone switches over.
A TRANSFER, STEP BY STEP
Select a stage to see what Mirai does, what we need from you and how you know where it is up to.
01 / APPLY
The mobile number, the account holder details your current provider has on file, the plan you want and the device the SIM or eSIM will go into.
WHAT WE NEED
Transfers are rejected when details do not match the current provider’s records. Checking these first is what keeps the cutover on the scheduled day.
Start a transferON THE DAY
01
Customers, contacts and listings keep working. Nothing to announce.
02
There is a short period while the number moves across; calls and data resume on the new SIM or eSIM once it completes.
03
A successful transfer ends the service with the previous provider. Any final bill or contract obligations with them are still theirs to issue.
NEW NUMBERS
New services are activated with a new number on the same plans. Tell us how many, and whether they should follow a pattern with your existing numbers where that is possible.
BEFORE AN ORDER
Nothing is activated from this website. Every service is confirmed with you in writing first.
01
Coverage at the places you use the phone, the device you have and the number you are moving are checked before an application is accepted.
02
The final monthly charge, billing cycle, minimum term, inclusions and plan documents are provided and must be accepted before any service starts.
03
An application is not a live service. Provisioning, number transfer and activation are confirmed separately, step by step.
Send the details above.
We lodge and schedule it.
